How do I determine the fit?

All of our apparel is true to size, unless noted otherwise in the product description. For a looser and more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

How do I care for my apparel?

For best results, please read the following instructions on how to properly wash:

1) Flip shirt inside out
2) Wash on cold in a gentle cycle
3) Hang dry

We are not responsible for any products that are ruined via the washing and drying process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged upon delivery.

What are your shipping timelines?

Please allow up to 10-14 business days for your order to process; it may take another 1-2 days for your order to be shipped out.

You will get an order confirmation the day your order is purchased. You will get a second email with shipping confirmation the day your order is packed.

Can I track my order?

At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update.

Once your order has left our facility, we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. We provide the courier information and tracking number on your order email once it's shipped.

If an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.

What happens if orders are returned to sender?

Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you via the email provided in your order to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void.

How do I cancel my order?

Requesting a cancellation is not guaranteed and is simply a request. 

Depending on when your order was placed, cancellations may not be possible.
Please note, your order cannot be canceled if it has shipped.

What do I do if I receive the wrong items?

We apologize for our mistake. 

Please email us at support@meanwhilebackinqueens.com with your order number and photo proof of wrong items. Upon receipt of proof, we will ship out a return label to return the incorrect item and also send your correct order to your provided address.

What do I do if I receive damaged products?

We apologize for the damaged product! 

Please email us at support@meanwhilebackinqueens.com with your order number and photo proof of damaged items and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email  support@meanwhilebackinqueens.com with your order number and name so we can resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify payment system.

Note: There is a 7 day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.
